How to book ？

To book this tour at least 7 days in advance to secure car + guide，1 day in advance for on hire a car only.  We need your Full Name, Nationality, Tour date, Number of toursit and Hotel name，submit this basic Quick Reservation or Enquiry form right. and we'll get back to you by email  within 12 to 24 hours. ou are also welcome to call us at (+86)13501111604 same id for WeChat ( 7:00 am - 11:00 pm everyday Beijing time)

How to pay ？

50% deposit payment required inadvance. Both RMB and USD are acceptable. Cash or Prepayment (AliPay, WeChat Pay，credit card payment, wire transfer).  balance payment accept by cash payment to our guide or driver or AliPay, WeChat Pay on the tour day.

How to use ？

1. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email or E-voucher to your Phone which includes the all detailed items with prices for this activity. 2. You will be contacted the day before your tour start to confirm pick-up time and check the schedule regarding your tour guide or our tour coordinator. 3. On the tour day，your private guide or driver will hold a sign with your name meet you at the Airport / Train station / Hotel lobby.

How to cancel & refund ？

1. Free cancellation at or before 00:00 at least 3 days before the date of use. 

2. Some hotels booked with special rate do not accpet any cancel. please check with our trip advisor.

3. Cancellations made at or before 20:00 at least 1 day before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. 3. Cancellations made at or before 23:59 on the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 100%

For special reasons, please contact our customer service, based on different situations, we will provide assistance as appropriate to reduce losses.  and the cancellation fees to be confirmed by our trip coordinator.

What is the price for child ？

Children from Age 4 to 12Years. 50% off of the entrance tickets.

Children under 1.2m in height will get free for all admissions.

Children share the cost of seats and guide services with adults.

What is the vehicle model ？

Traveller 1-2 persons - Nissan Altima or similar.

Traveller 3-5 persons - Buick minivan/MPV.

Traveller 6-9 persons - Large people carrier/minibus.

Traveller 10 or above - Toyota Coaster/Coach

What should I take with me on tour day？

Passport or ID, all tickets will book online, scan passport for enter the park.

A sungalss is needed in summer time. Wear a hat to keep warm in winter time.

Ensure that the phone has sufficient power for photo and contact us.
