01 How to book ？

To book this tour at least 1 day in advance to confirm.  We need your Full Name, Nationality, Tour date, Number of toursit and Hotel name，submit this basic Quick Reservation or Enquiry form right. and we'll get back to you by e-mail within 12 to 24 hours. ou are also welcome to call us at (+86)13501111604 same id for WeChat ( 7:00 am - 11:00 pm everyday Beijing time)

02 How to pay ？

100% deposit payment required inadvance. Both RMB and USD are acceptable. Cash or Prepayment (AliPay, WeChat Pay，credit card payment, wire transfer).  

03 How to use ？

1. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email or E-voucher to your Phone which includes the all detailed items with Meeting point (map GPS) this activity. 2. Self-arrangement to the meeting point to join-in the tour. 3. On the tour day，your just show you confirmation voucher to our onsite staff for boarding.

04 How to cancel & refund ？

1. Free cancellation at or before 18:00 at least 1 days before the date of use.

2. Cancellations made at or before 20:00 at least 1 day before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

3. Cancellations made at or before 23:59 on the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 100%

For special reasons, please contact our customer service, based on different situations, we will provide assistance as appropriate to reduce losses.  and the cancellation fees to be confirmed by our trip coordinator.
